Your data, explained.
TechNob Tools combines browser editors with optional live SEO checks. The workspace explains which processing mode is being used before a check runs. This release has no ads, user accounts or input logging. Optional measurement runs only after you accept it in Cookie Settings.
Browser tools and saved files
Campaign calculators, image processing, CSV analysis, generators, robots editing, saved feeds and saved hreflang checks run on your device. Their source data is held in browser memory until cleared or the page is closed. Downloads remain in your browser’s download location.
Live public URL inspections
When you confirm a live check, the entered URL and selected crawler/language settings reach this app’s inspection server. It contacts the target website, so that site can observe the server’s IP address and request headers. Screenshots and extracted content return to your browser. We do not store submitted URLs or results. Private-network addresses, credentials, authenticated sessions and nonstandard ports are blocked.
AMP validation
Saved AMP HTML is sent to this app’s server and checked by a packaged copy of the official AMP Project validator. The submitted HTML is not sent to a third-party validation API.
Entity search providers
Wikidata searches send your query and language to Wikidata. Selecting Google Knowledge Graph sends your query and supplied API key to Google through our server. Keys are kept in memory for the request and are never persisted or included in reports. Each provider has its own terms and access limits.
Existing tools and preferences
Performance marketing tools have their own catalogue. Email tools remain deferred. Campaign calculations stay in memory on your device. The UTM tool only saves naming preferences if you explicitly ask it to. Its URL list is not saved.
Hosting and security
Vercel hosts this website and may process request metadata such as IP addresses, paths, timestamps and browser headers in platform access and security logs. Our application does not log tool inputs or results. A temporary, hashed client identifier supports request limits in server memory. This website uses HTTPS and restricts access to private-network destinations. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Optional analytics and catalogue recordings
Usage analytics uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure page visits, tool starts, completed reports, downloads and contact clicks. Events contain only a predefined tool identifier, category, export format and a page address without query strings or fragments. We do not send uploaded files, pasted content, inspected URLs, calculation values, generated output, filenames or error messages. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
Catalogue experience uses Microsoft Clarity, with strict text masking, on the homepage and two category pages only. It stops before navigation into tool workspaces and is not enabled on pages with query strings. These providers may process device, cookie and network identifiers under their own privacy policies. Analytics cookies can be shared across TechNob subdomains to understand the journey to the main website.
Both choices start off. Accept, reject or change either choice through Cookie Settings in the footer; all tools remain available either way. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. Links and future launch
Generated search and review links contact the destination only when you open them. TechNob’s main website uses its own privacy policy and contact forms. Tool inputs are not attached to those links. Advertising and consent requirements will be reviewed before a public launch.
